Hi, I'm Courtney! I am a lover of cats, coffee, and country music.

I grew up in rural Wyoming and recently moved home to focus on paying off student loans after blissfully residing in Utah for 7+ years.

I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult/post-partum, which is why I advocate heavily for mental health care.

I'm a divorced single mother to Caroline Rose, my almost 4-year-old daughter, and my 5-year-old cats, Sophie Lane and Ebony Jane.

I attended the University of North Dakota and obtained my first master's degree in Occupational Therapy in 2016.

In 2020, I graduated with my second master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University online.

In addition to my blog, I will work full-time at Wind River Cares, serving members of the Native American Northern Arapaho Tribe.
