Returning to the quote above, finding a way to monetize anything is much easier. Depending on your personality, work habits, interests, etc., will determine which route you choose to pursue. There are so many options, and it could be another blog post; therefore, I’m going to skip this section.
Regarding “one hobby to keep you in shape,” I created a list of physical and outdoor activities. These hobbies are essential because they can decrease your heart rate, blood pressure, cortisol/stress levels, and waist circumference. At a minimum, everyone should be physically active for 20-30 minutes daily.
Creative hobbies are my favorite, hence why I became an Occupational Therapist. One of my graduate professors said that being creative isn’t about being crafty but rather about your ability to problem solve.
